You will have a very nice, pleasant and friendly smile. We’re looking for personality, politeness, enthusiasm and the energy to want to provide and maintain good customer service. Our customers always know good deals when they see them. You will be helping customers to purchase cars face to face and on the telephone. We do not want you to sell to our customers, we just want you to help our customers to want to buy. You’ll be working weekends, able to help with customer test drives, documentation and enjoy on-going training and development, with opportunities for promotion to eventually join our customer service management team who earn up to £50,000 per annum. AFTERSALES SHOWROOM ADVISOR . OTE £23,840

We are looking for an enthusiastic & dynamic person to join us in this interesting & challenging role. You must have excellent organization & inter personal skills & be able to handle customer queries either over the telephone or face to face. You will be used to providing a high level of customer service & able to multi task along with being able to communicate at all levels both with our customers and our staff. A mechanical background will be an advantage in this role. You will be responsible for looking after our customers who have issues with their vehicles after purchase, organising booking them in to our workshop, updating customers on the progress of their vehicle for repair & ensuring they are kept fully informed at all times. Five & a half days per week.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR . OTE £19,500

We expect the successful candidate to have experience with KERRIDGE (ADP) or a similar DMC system. You will be joining an efficient and well established Sales Administration Team at our Cannock Branch. The candidate must be capable of managing large volumes of transactions including inputting vehicles purchased, invoicing, F & I, dealing with registration documents and other additional admin processes. All applicants are expected to have good IT skills along with an eye for detail. Ongoing training and support will be given. Profit Related Performance bonus offered. 5 Days per week.

CUSTOMER HELP DESK HELPER .   OTE £22,000

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our front Customer Help Desk team. This role gives the first impression of AvailableCar. You will be meeting our valued customers and directing them to the vehicle of interest out of our vast stock of over 5000 cars. You will also be introducing customers to our customer helpers for test drives and part exchange valuations and our aftersales team for warranty repairs. We are looking for people with a really good personality, politeness, enthusiasm, energy and also good customer service skills. We welcome applicants already dealing with the public especially from the hotel or catering industry. This is not a 9-to-5 job and involves working weekends and up to 9pm in the evening. Monthly bonus and year-end profit-related performance bonus offered. Working 5 days per week including weekends.

SHOWROOM CLEANER .   OTE £7,489

A vacancy has become available at our Leeds Branch. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work without supervision and to a high standard. You will be responsible for the cleaning of our very busy showroom and duties will include making sure the reception, customer seating and children’s play area are kept clean and tidy along with the rest of the showroom, customer toilet areas and any other duties the Showroom Manager deems necessary. The suitable candidate will work 4 days per week, Saturday to Tuesday 6am – 10am. Extra hours of work may be available. Excellent rates of pay plus year-end profit-related performance bonus.
